By accessing or using Secrts (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Secrts. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with parental/guardian consent.

3. Accounts & Security

• You’re responsible for your account credentials and device security.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

You own your content. You grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service (e.g., transmit messages, store media in your private couple space).

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, or privacy violations.
• No attempts to access others’ data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer the app or APIs.
• No content that infringes others’ intellectual property or rights.

6. Third-Party Services

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Service. On termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Secrts from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Secrts is operated Michigan, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
